Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do we book your services?
    To secure your wedding date, simply go to the availability page and continue through the prompts for the service you need. You can also reach out to us via contact form or give us a call. We'll provide you with available dates and packages. To confirm your bookings, we require a signed contract and a deposit.
  • Do you provide payment plans?
    Payment plans are available for all wedding services. Payment plans can be setup for up to 12 payments max or as little as 3 payment plans. Each month you will be required to pay the amount due for your service until paid in full.
  • How soon will I receive my photos/videos?
    Photos: You can expect to receive your wedding photos within 2-4 weeks after your wedding day. Videos: Your highlight reel will be available 24-72 hours after wedding day. Your full video will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. Video & Photos: If you have purchased both photos and video, you will receive both at the same time within 3-4 weeks. Delivery: You will receive a link for downloading your videos/photos via email. The wedding album link expires in a year.
  • Can we customize a package based on our needs?
    Absolutely! We understand every wedding is unique. We offer custom packages and addons to suit your specific vision, timeline, and budget. Contact us for a personalized consultation.
  • Do you provide a wedding day timeline or shot list?
    Yes! We offer guidance on how to create a timeline for the day that allows us to capture all your key moments. If you have specific shot requests, we'll work with you to create a shot list so we don't miss any important details.
  • Do you have a second shooter for weddings?
    Yes! We offer second shooters. We have multiple partners we work with on various occasions.
