Cancellation Policy

If a reschedule is needed the client must contact the contractor (i.e. Kay Digital Media) 30 minutes to an hour before the designated time of appointment. The client may be subject to pay another deposit for reschedule. If no contact was made by the client a new deposit is to be sent in order to reschedule. Please be advised that if you cancel your appointment you have forfeited your deposit as deposits are non-refundable. For wedding Packages cancelation is 30 days before service date (i.e. wedding day).
