Cancellation Policy
If a reschedule is needed the client must contact the contractor (i.e. Kay Digital Media) 48 hours before the designated time of appointment. The client may be subject to pay another deposit for reschedule. Please be advised that if you cancel your appointment, you have forfeited your deposit as deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and no-shows less than 24 hours will be charged $20.00 fee and a non-refundable deposit. For all wedding Packages cancelation is 30 days before service date (i.e. wedding day).
